Wedding Table Numbers/Seating Charts

An amazing way to add that 'extra touch' and personalise your wedding reception! All table numbers or seating charts come in either 6x4, 5x7 or 6x8 sizes in either landscape or portrait options. The Seating Chart header is larger to display the bride and grooms names and wedding date. The seating chart header comes in a maximum size of 11x29cm. Frame your table numbers in a beautiful frame of your choice to set your table centrepieces off.

Display your seating chart on a beautiful mirror and easel for an elegant look, or hang with twine & wooden pegs on a piece of timber board for a more rustic look. Add fresh flowers or greenery for that final touch to your welcome statement as your guests find their seats.

Please include the following information in the notes when checking out:
- Portrait or landscape layout
- Details of your wedding theme/look you want for your table numbers or seating chart.
- Any images you want on your table numbers or seating chart to be emailed to us at [email protected]

(It is important that any images you send are not compressed files as it will result in poor image quality so please leave your photo/s at maximum size. If you are wanting your photo/s in black and white or sepia, please make mention of this in the email as well as in the notes in the checkout section).

Once we receive your order with all of the required information, we will email you a proof within 3-5 business days for your checking and approval.

Once you are happy with your proof:
- please allow 3-5 business days for the printing & foiling process of table numbers. Once your order is complete, we will then package and dispatch to your delivery address.

Important info about our Prints:
- Our Personalised Table Numbers and Seating Charts are printed on quality card stock in your chosen size. They come one-sided only and are unframed and unmounted. If you require double-sided table numbers, please email us for a custom quote.

Postage and packaging notes for our prints:
- We post Australia wide via Australia Post and packaging and postage of our prints is $5 flat rate.
- Our prints are packaged in a clear protective cello bag with a sturdy card backing for extra strength.
- Delivery time varies depending on your location, but please allow 2-10 business days.
- If you would prefer Express Post, Registered Post or signature on delivery, please leave a note in the checkout process and this can be added for an additional cost.
- Australia Post does not offer a fragile service. Whilst we take every care in packaging your order, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items whilst in the delivery process.

- Please be aware that colours can vary from different computer/phone/ipad/tablet screens and from printer to printer.
